Brenda's Pets does not do Grooming but We can Recommend a Trusted Colleague
What are the Benefits of Going to a Groomer?
- A visit to a professional Groomer is your first line of defense in insuring the overall health of your pet.
- The Groomer looks for tumors, cysts, any abnormal skin issues and we look for any indications that
their owner might need to be aware of regarding
the pets overall health.
- We see them on a regular basis and should notice any new and unusual changes in appearance
or even behavior
that
might be taking place, pain
for instance.
- Ears need to be cleaned regularly, especially floppy
eared dogs.
Some breeds need to have hair pulled
from the ear canal
to help keep
the airway clear from
infections due to moisture.
Not to mention
fleas,
ticks and lice. Your Groomer knows all
the signs!
- Nails need to be trimmed! Period.
Some Breeds need Special Attention!

- Some breeds need to be clipped on a regular basis
- Eyes need to be clear of fur. Feet get overgrown to slippers.
- Anal glands on small breeds need to be expressed so
infection will not be a problem. Some express this gland
when they poop.
